What is a Master Franchise?

A Master Franchise is a franchising arrangement where the franchisor (the brand owner) grants exclusive rights to a master franchisee to develop and manage a specific geographic territory or region. The master franchisee then has the right to recruit and manage other franchisees within that territory, splitting the income from franchise operation with the Franchisor.

The COFFEETREAT Master Franchise

The COFFEETREAT Master Franchises will each have access to approximately 1,000,000 to 1,500,000 people in their draw area.

These Master Franchise territories will have the potential to open 15 to 25 stores in their Master Territory, subject to:

• Successful operation of your pilot company shop

• Available sites at the correct rental

• Operation of a successful franchisee recruitment campaign

• Attentive management of your franchisees

• Execution of a successful local marketing campaign to build the COFFEETREAT brand within your region, including the strong creative social media campaigns available from Head Office.
